About Us
From "One Day" to Day One: Who We Are & How We Came To Be
Content for Careers seeks to connect transitioning veterans with the social media training and materials they need to market themselves safely and effectively online, giving a competitive advantage to those who have given the most to us.
Our Story
Our story begins one day in 2020 when siblings Berkley and Rigby Wiltfong were out on an infamous "COVID walk"—enjoying a few minutes of freedom outside and away from quarantining indoors. Shouted across grassy lawns came their neighbor's invitation to begin working as Social Media Coordinators for a different veteran training cause, focusing on practical workplace skills. Overjoyed, they began the same night.

Later that year, during an event for this non-profit, the Wiltfong siblings were conducting interviews for their marketing efforts. Alarmed by the employment lulls veterans were experiencing due to challenges using social media to apply and showcase themselves to prospective employers, the two contacted veterans in their own family, including board member Jeff Young, to learn more about how they could help. The result? Content for Careers: a non-profit that fills in the gaps for transitioning veterans and ensures that, in the online world of 2024, everyone has the tools they need to make work work for them!
